Creamy Seafood Chowder

Updating NAGAPC got to be such a chore that I quit doing it.

It's brrchillyfreezingcold and I wanted soup. So I made the "Creamy Seafood Chowder with Bacon, Thyme & Jalapeno" in Fine Cooking #81.

The Creamy Shellfish Chowder from "Comfort Foods" that I made last January is better, but this one is easier and less expensive. It's good. Gary especially seemed to enjoy it.

I love NAGAPC! But I know what you mean - it can be a lot of work. I do a lot of draft entries and clean them up when I find the time (thus the 10 postings at once!).

I loved this chowder.
