Lemon Poundcakes

This came from an article called "Baking in Bulk". They aren't too lemony, and they have a nice touch of nutmeg as an accent.

I could eat it by the pound, too. It makes 6 little cakes. One little cake is "supposed" to be 6 servings. ha ha ha....
