Salmon with Wasabi-Ginger Mayonnaise

YES! This is exactly what I wanted. Last night. Thank goodness it was delicious tonight, too.

Looks excellent. I've been meaning to make this. I think Larry would love the wasabi mayo. Is it regular mayo plus wasabi powder? I'm too lazy to get up and look. :)

So, is that how you stay so thin (aside from all the triathlon craziness)...by eating very light dinners with little or no carbs? What time do you usually have dinner?

I can't decide if you're asking a serious question or not? Risotto, pasta, garlic bread, cinnamon buns; those are all high in carbohydrates. I think my nutrition is fairly well-balanced and moderately portioned, given my average daily calorie expenditure.

Well, I guess I was serious:P I see your pics and notice that it must be because you keep your portions small. You don't pile as much on your plates as I do...so it's less carbs than what I get!
