Broiled Tex-Mex Drumsticks

Mmm, lunch. Easy, cheap, tasty. There is an accompanying recipe for Avocado & Tomato Salad that I didn't make, but would like to try.

Sounds yummy! Larry's not a huge fan of drumsticks but I am and I'm sure I would love these. Must try them sometime when it's just me for dinner.

Did you leave the skin on? How long did it take to broil them?

I took the skin off. Icky-poo. Rack in middle of oven. Preheat broiler. Foil on pan. 10 minutes on one side, turn, 10 minutes on other side

Katie, I forgot to say, toss them in a bowl with a spoonful of olive oil, s&p.
