Cream Cheese & Wild Blueberry Pound Cake

This is a very nice loaf cake with a fine texture, very small crumb. It's from an article about pound cakes. I'd like to try the other two recipes also: Sour Cream Pound Cake and Lemon Buttermilk Pound Cake.

Ha!I made the berry buttermilk cake from the latest issue on Monday. We are thinking the same this week!

I haven't put the post up onto Pork Cracklins yet, but Larry loves the cake.

I wanted to make another buttermilk blueberry cake to take up to my mom's tomorrow. Guess what - blueberries are absolutely nowhere to be found. Anywhere.
