Lemon Buttermilk Poundcake
Better late than never? I uploaded the photo, but didn't post.
Conventional wisdom says "be careful what you wish for", but sometimes I wish that every night were Sunday Family Dinner Night.

Your poundcake looks fantastic! I'd love a slice. Would you mind directing me to the recipe you used? Also, how would a swirl of raspberry preserve taste in it?
