Chocolate Truffle Tart
This was good, no question, but I obviously don't have an appreciation for sweets like Gary does. My topping was not as pretty as the photo in the magazine and it didn't cut as cleanly, but it tasted good.

Mine wasn't as pretty as the picture either. But damn, that was a good tart. Larry loved it.
mmmm...chocolate anything is good, but this fine tart is one for the record books. It was a lot of steps, but soooo worth every one, I can taste it still:D
I guess neither of us cared for it, because I ended up throwing 3/4 of it away.
