Mmm, looks great! Roulades are not my forte.
That looks like something Jim would like. He loves raspberries.
My mom once did this with a boston creme pie. Vanilla pastry cream rolled up with the cake and then a coating of chocolate ganache. We called it the Boston Cream Log. Yours turned out great, was that your first effort. I'm impressed as usual.
