I had nearly finished composing my thoughts on resolutions, but I deleted that entry. So all you get is a picture of the yummy Ginger-Apricot Panettone that I made for the new year.

This is an Italian dessert, and it was my favorite when I lived in Rome. My roommates and I shared one the weekend before I moved away.
It looks good and the dishes look familiar too.
i'm having a hard time getting back into the swing of work - so i decided to see what you've been cooking lately! YUMMY! esp the red velvet cake balls.
