Big, big thanks to Larry & Sheri at Pork Cracklins for dinner inspiration.

Whoah! That sauce is YUMMY! It would be good on anything. Like vegetables.
Or a spoon. (Or my finger.)

that is weird-i made that last night too!!! yum!!! i also tossed some scallops and a couple of shrimps on the grill-when it is fired up-i take advantage. (i also had some corn on the cob - the ortho is going to be upset w/me! :-))
